production method

p> p-nitroacetanilide is generated by nitration of hot water (acetanilide) through mixed acid, and then reduced to acetanilide with iron powder. the reaction solution is neutralized, crystallized and dried to obtain the finished product. 1. Nitration Add 675kg of concentrated sulfuric acid (98%) into the kettle, stir, add 225kg of acetanilide (99%) within 2-2.5h at 20-25 ℃, and make it completely soluble. Cooling to 7 ℃ at 4-7 ℃, adding mixed acid dropwise within about 20 hours (made up of 63kg of water, 60kg of 98% sulfuric acid and 107kg of 96% nitric acid). After dropping, dilute in 4000L ice water and let stand for 1h. The upper waste acid is siphoned and separated, the lower material is filtered, and washed with water to neutral to obtain p-nitroacetanilide. 2. Reduce 700kg of water in a reduction barrel, stir, add 110kg of iron powder and 4kg of acetic acid (98%), raise the temperature to 80 ℃, add the above half of nitrobase in 2-2.5kg, and control the temperature at 72-75 ℃. After finishing, keep warm for 1h and let stand for 1h. The upper feed liquid is sucked into the neutralization kettle, neutralized with pure alkali (about 4kg) to pH = 8 at 70-75 ℃, and a small amount of alkali sulfide is added to remove iron ions. Let stand for 1h, suck the supernatant into the scraper type crystallization tank, and cool to 18 ℃. Centrifugal filtration and drying to obtain about 200kg of paracetamilide with a total yield of 80%. The production of p-aminoacetanilide can also start from p-nitroaniline, mix it with acetic acid and acetic anhydride, heat it for 4-5h, add water to filter out crystallization, wash with water, filter; then add water, iron powder and acetic acid to the washed p-nitroacetanilide, heat and stir for 4h, decolorize, filter to remove iron oxide, cold precipitate and crystallize the filtrate. Raw material consumption quota: acetanilide (98%)1210 kg/t, sulfuric acid (98%)4000 kg/t, nitric acid (95%)577 kg/t.
