体外研究 | Tanshinone I,从丹参(Danshen)中分离的活性成分,结构上与tanshinone IIA相似,且对肿瘤细胞有相似的细胞毒性作用。Tanshinone I抑制LPS诱导的RAW巨噬细胞中PGE 2 的形成(IC50 = 38 μM)。然而,该化合物不影响COX-2的活性或COX-2表达。Tanshinone I是IIA型人类重组磷脂酶A 2 (PLA 2 )的抑制剂,IC50为11 μM。在初始数据中,tanshinone I对肿瘤坏死因子-&α;(TNF-&α;)-诱导的粘附分子具有最强的抑制作用。 |
