体外研究 | Arctiin在人类永生化角质细胞HaCaT中诱导生长抑制并对肿瘤抑制子rb蛋白(成视网膜细胞瘤蛋白)去磷酸化。Arctiin通过下调cyclin D1蛋白水平抑制细胞生长,arctiin诱导的cyclin D1蛋白表达的抑制在多种人类肿瘤细胞中都存在,包括骨肉瘤、肺癌、结肠癌、子宫颈癌、黑色素瘤、转化肾细胞和前列腺癌。 |
体内研究 | Arctiin在动物模型中具有抗癌活性。在小鼠皮肤肿瘤模型的两阶段致癌试验中,具有显著的抗促肿瘤作用。在促进肿瘤阶段,Arctiin对PhIP诱导的致癌作用具有保护作用,尤其是在乳腺中。在接种过IFV的正常小鼠或处理过5-FU的小鼠中,Arctiin都被证明口服有效。 |
