摘要:
以甘油(0.5mol),丁酸(0.4mol)为原料,四氯化碳(25ml)为带水剂,经磷酸(用量为甘油质量的4.0%)催化酯化合成丁酸甘油酯.用FT-IR对产品结构进行定性分析,结果表明可合成目标产物,经测定单甘酯含量为60.2%.以合成的丁酸甘油酯作为乳化剂应用于油脂的微胶囊化中,取得了较好的效果.
