体外研究 | SKF-96365在PC12细胞中对MPP+损伤具有抗损伤活性,能够在施加MPP+后显著地抑制凋亡性细胞死亡。 SKF-96365对MPP+所诱导的坏死性细胞死亡并不起作用。因为非选择性活性,SKF-96365对多种钙离子通道发挥租用:它不仅抑制高电压激活型钙通道,还可以有效地在HEK293细胞中抑制低电压激活T型钙通道。SKF-96365对细胞内钙稳态的具体作用由细胞类型和实验模型所决定。 |
