Abstract:
2, 5-dimethoxydihydrofuran was obtained by Bromination and methoxylation of furan and then synthesized by catalytic hydrogenation to obtain 2, 5-dimethoxytetrahydrofuran, further by heating the hydrolysis reaction. The reaction solvent was distilled off under reduced pressure, and after concentration, butanedial was obtained with the content of 98%(GC). The total yield of the three-step reaction was 71% (based on the raw material furan). The reaction conditions are mild, the process is simple, the raw material cost is low, and the industrial application value is obtained.

Abstract:
A gas chromatographic method for the determination of succinaldehyde synthesized by hydrolysis of 2, 5-dimethoxytetrahydrofuran was established. HPFFAP capillary column was selected, column temperature was 80 ℃, flow rate was 20 m L/min, dioxane was used as internal standard substance, and internal standard curve method was used to quantitatively analyze the content of butanedial. The results showed that the method had a good linear relationship in the concentration range of 8.0~40.0g/L (r = 0.999 94), and the relative standard deviation (RSD) was 0.52%, the recoveries were between 96.23% and 102.87%. The method is simple, rapid, with good precision and accuracy, and can be used for the determination of succinaldehyde in synthetic samples.
