This product is a smoking liquid, ammonia odor. Soluble in water, alcohol, ether, benzene and petroleum products. Freezing point -57.2 °c. Boiling Point 63. Flash point 1 ℃. Relative density 0.7914. Refractive index 4075. Spontaneous ignition point 249. Vapor pressure (25 C) 20kPa. Its vapor forms a flammable and explosive mixture with air. Explosion temperature range -15~60 ℃. Has a strong reduction, and any oxidant contact can cause combustion, explosion.
This product can be ammonia, ammonium chloride and dimethylamine as raw materials by reaction synthesis. First, ammonia water and sodium hypochlorite are sent to a one-step reactor for reaction to generate chloroamine, and then the chloroamine is sent to a two-step reactor for synthesis with dimethylamine aqueous solution to generate unsymmetrical dimethylhydrazine aqueous solution, then, the synthesis liquid is sent to a series of rectification columns for further distillation and rectification to remove excess ammonia, dimethylamine and partial hydrazone. After concentration and degassing with alkali, the finished product is obtained.
This product is used to prepare plant growth regulator, can also be used as high-energy raw materials.
