Abstract:
objective to understand the deratization effect of racumin ethers bait in laboratory and field, and provide scientific basis for rodent control in the future. Methods the palatability and laboratory poisoning effect of racumin baits were determined by single cage feeding selective bait method, feeding coefficient and laboratory correction Mortality Rate were calculated, the density of on-site rats was measured by powder trace method, and the one-time feeding was adopted to calculate the on-site corrected rodent control rate of poison bait. Results The feeding coefficient of racumin poison bait was 0.61, reaching Grade A, the laboratory correction was 100% Mortality Rate, reaching Grade A; The field correction rodent control rate was 86.88%, reaching Grade B. Conclusion racumin ether bait has good palatability and laboratory poisoning effect, and the effect is better in the field.

Abstract:
This paper reports the determination of bromobiphenyl rodenticides in rodenticides by gas chromatography. Through many experiments and the selection of chromatographic analysis conditions, the established method is simple and accurate, and the recovery is 96 ~ 98%; the coefficient of variation was 6.9%, and the minimum detectable concentration of the sample was 5 mg/kg, which could fully meet the needs of the rodenticide detection.
