Application | phenyl TRANS-styryl sulfone can be used as a pharmaceutical synthesis intermediate, can be used to prepare a kind of flat glass substrate thinning pre-cleaning cleaning liquid, according to the mass percentage content, its components are: Potassium hydroxide 1 ~ 20%, alcohol Amine 1 ~ 15%, the sulfone and/or sulfoxide compound is 5 to 35%, the alcohol compound is 1 to 25%, the surfactant is 0.1 to 15%, and the remaining amount is water. The alcohol amine is one or more of monoethanolamine, triethanolamine, diethylene glycol Amine, isopropanolamine, methyl diethanolamine, dimethylethanolamine and Hydroxyethyl ethylenediamine; the sulfone and/or sulfoxide compounds comprise phenyl TRANS-styryl sulfone. |
preparation | phenyl TRANS-styryl sulfone was prepared as follows: in a vial, sulfonate 4(1.5 equivalents), amberlyst 15(140mg) and graphene-copper (I)(5%) were dissolved in DMSO:EtOH1:1. The vials were sealed and suspended in a Vortex system for 3 minutes at room temperature. Alkyne 2(1 eq) was added and the reaction was maintained at 100 °c with continuous stirring. After 24 hours, the reaction crude product was filtered through an HPLC filter. The organic phase was dried over Na2SO4 and the solvent was removed under reduced pressure to give the desired product 5a-5q. (Where 5a is phenyl TRANS-styryl sulfone). |
