Summary:
bis (n-butylcyclopentadienyl) zirconium dichloride/methylaluminoxane (MAO) was used to catalyze the oligomerization of 1-butene. the effects of reaction temperature, n(Al):n(Zr), promoter type and reaction time on the catalytic activity and distribution of oligomerization products were investigated, and the optimal process conditions for the oligomerization of 1-butene were determined. After the solvent and dimer were removed by vacuum distillation, the branching degree (BI) of the remaining fraction was 0.312,5 and the double bond value was 1.905 mmol/g by 1H NMR analysis. At 20 ℃, the kinematic viscosity is 5.8,mm2/s, and the density is 0.822,8,g/cm3. The remaining fraction after removing the solvent and dimer is suitable for use as diesel.
