Physical and Chemical PropertiesThe resins for producing conductive plastics with chemical properties include polyethylene, polypropylene, polystyrene, EVA, ABS, etc. In order to solve the directivity of product strength caused by the crystallinity of the polyolefin itself, rubber copolymers with good mixing with polyolefins, such as ethylene-propylene rubber, butyl rubber, etc., are appropriately added, and tin oxide micropowder is used as filler. The conductive plastic made has the characteristics of good dispersion, heat resistance, transparency, and resistance value that does not change with temperature, so it can be used as a transparent conductive plastic. It has, good molding performance and secondary processability.
UseUses ABS conductive plastic is mainly used for instrument shell, but also can be used as wire, plastic molded products, foam plastic, high voltage cable and low voltage cable semiconductor layer, dry battery electrode, packaging materials for integrated circuits and printed circuit boards and electronic components.
