Physical and Chemical Properties | Milky white or beige uniform emulsion. Good water solubility. The printed adhesive film has a slight yellow color. This film has excellent toughness and wear resistance. Can withstand general acids, alkalis, and organic solvents. Soft to the touch, the printing machine parts are easy to clean after use, heat-resistant, freeze-resistant (-30 ℃), and have good flowability. When printing, the consistency remains unchanged. |
Use | This product is used as a pigment printing adhesive in the textile industry (cotton, viscose fibers, silk, tussah silk, polyester, nylon, and vinylon). Used for direct printing and textile printing, with blue salt VB and VRT as base color anti dyeing and anti printing reactive dyes. |
This product can be managed according to general industrial chemicals. When using it, gloves and protective glasses should be worn to avoid direct contact with the skin and eyes. If it gets on the skin, rinse with water and soap. Place in a cool and dry warehouse to prevent exposure to sunlight and rain.
Put 21kg of chitin, 17kg of acetic acid, and 400kg of water into the reaction kettle in sequence. Mix at high speed stirring. After mixing well, add 272kg of kerosene. Mix for 1 hour and filter through an 18 mesh sieve. Stir and add 292kg of styrene butadiene emulsion to the filtrate at room temperature. Stir for 0.5 hours and then pass through an 18 mesh sieve to obtain the finished product.
