precautions

usage and dosage
1. common dosage for adults: oral administration, starting at 10~20mg per day, gradually increasing, the maintenance amount is generally 40~120mg per day, and a few patients need 160mg per day.
2. complete replacement for infants and children: 8~15mg within 1 year old; 20~45mg at 1~2 years old; 45~60mg at 2~7 years old; 60~120mg over 7 years old. The starting dose should be 1/3 of the complete replacement dose, gradually added. Since the content of T3 and T4 and the ratio of the two are not constant, the dose should be adjusted according to clinical symptoms and T3, T4 and TSH examination during treatment.

production method
