Use | N-BOC-3-cyclohexanone amine is an organic intermediate, and it has been reported in the literature that it can be used to prepare BTK inhibitors. |
Preparation | A solution of 2-cyclohexene-1-one (14 ml, 150 mmol) and tert-butyl carbamate (17g, 145.11 mmol) in DCM(30 ml) with bismuth nitrate pentahydrate (14g, 28.8 mmol) Stir at room temperature for 21 hours. Further diluted with DCM, filtered with hyflo, washed the filtrate with sodium bicarbonate solution and brine, dried the organic phase with Na2SO4, filtered and evaporated the solvent to obtain 22.1g of crude product. Silica gel chromatography (EtOAc/cyclohexanol 3:7), followed by crystallization from the same solvent system, obtained N-BOC-3-cyclohexanone amine (14.43g,47%). |
