Introduction | heptadecafluorodecyltrimethoxysilane has faster hydrolysis rate and higher efficiency than ethoxy fluorosilane. The low molecular weight alcohol is released after hydrolysis, and the resulting active silanol can chemically bond with hydroxyl, carboxyl and oxygen-containing groups in many inorganic and organic substrates, A self-assembled monolayer of fluorine-silicon film was formed on the surface of inorganic material. The treated substrate has a very low surface energy and very poor wettability, and has excellent hydrophobic, oleophobic and antifouling properties. |
Use | 1. Coating for electronic products; 2. Used for self-cleaning of glass and other products, the low refractive index of fluorosilane can make the substrate to prevent light reflection; 3. Hydrophobic and oleophobic treatment of surfaces such as glass or fibers. 4. For the preparation of wear-resistant super moisture-resistant nylon surfaces. 5. As an additive for increasing the hydrophobicity of the surface of the carbon nanotube structure. |
Application | 1. Heptadecafluorodecyltrimethoxysilane can be used as an anti-fingerprint agent and coating material for glass products such as advanced mobile phone screens and camera lenses. 2. An automobile glass waterproofing agent, comprising the following raw materials in parts by weight: methyltriethoxysilane 3-5 parts, heptadecafluorodecyltrimethoxysilane 3-5 parts, γ-aminopropyltriethoxysilane 3-5 parts, polyoxyethylene mono-4-octylphenyl Ether 3-5 parts, tetraethoxysilane 3-7 parts, acetic acid 1-2 parts, isopropanol 90-100 parts, film-forming agent 2-3 parts. The preparation method includes: adding isopropanol, methyltriethoxysilane, heptadecafluorodecyltrimethoxysilane, γ-aminopropyltriethoxysilane, polyoxyethylene mono -4-octylphenyl ether, the tetraethyl orthosilicate and acetic acid were magnetically stirred for 72h, and the pH value was controlled to be 5-6; Then the film-forming agent was stirred by magnetic stirrer for 3H to obtain the waterproofing agent. |
method of use | 1. For surface treatment, use acid or alkali catalyst. 2. Fluorosilane may be diluted to 1-2% Isopropanol Solution. 3. Please use protective gloves and glasses. 4. Please use in a well-ventilated environment. |
