The preparation method is to use 1-phenyl -2-(p-methyl phenyl) ethylamine (PTE) as the splitting agent to split (±) cis-trans chrysanthemum acid to obtain 1R-cis-trans chrysanthemum acid and 1S-cis-trans chrysanthemum acid, respectively.
The toluene solution of (-)1-phenyl -2-(p-methyl phenyl) ethylamine is added to the toluene solution of (+) cis-trans chrysanthemum acid at about 30min, stirred at 50~60 ℃ for 1h, cooled to 15 ℃, kept warm for 10h and stirred, then stir at 15 ℃ to obtain the salt of () cis-trans chrysanthemum acid and (-)1-phenyl -2-(p-methyl phenyl) ethylamine, filter, and then react with 5% NaOH toluene to acidify and dedissolve to obtain 1R-cis-trans chrysanthemum acid.
