production method | 80mL chloroform and 168.2g thiophene are added into the reactor, 960g of liquid bromine is slowly added dropwise at 30 ℃ and under stirring, the reaction starts immediately and a large amount of hydrogen bromide gas escapes, and the dropwise addition is completed in about 4 hours. The reactants are heated and refluxed for 2h, cooled to room temperature, 50 mL2mol/L sodium hydroxide and 205mL 95% ethanol are added to the reactants respectively, and stirred for 10min. Inject the reaction mixture into 400mL of water to separate the organic phase, dry with anhydrous magnesium sulfate, filter, and evaporate the solvent in the filtrate. 423.6g of fraction at 109~110 ℃(95.2Pa) was collected by vacuum distillation with 66% yield. |
