Abstract:
The present invention provides a method for the synthesis of Bis-Tris, comprising:
step 1. Take 5g of sodium bisulfite and 10 ml of water to prepare the solution, then mix with 50 ml of anhydrous ethanol, and then inject ethylene oxide gas into the mixed solution to make saturated ethylene oxide aqueous solution;
step 2. The saturated solution of 100 ml is heated to 30-35 degrees, then take Tris 60g is poured into this solution and slowly dissolved after 2 hours, 20g of sodium hydroxide and 20 ml of water were added dropwise to the above solution and the pH value of the solution was controlled between 9.5 and 10.0 for 6-8 hours.

The solution after completion of the reaction in step 2 was vacuum dehydrated, and after hot filtration, anhydrous ethanol was added for dispersion, and the temperature was lowered to wait for precipitation of the product. The method for synthesizing Bis-Tris by using a saturated solution of ethylene oxide is safe and reliable, the reaction is sufficient, and the content of the product is high.
