2-bromoethanol (12.5g,100.0mmol,1.0equiv.) is weighed into a 100mL round bottom flask, purified water (30mL) is added, stirred and dissolved, then sodium azide (7.8g,120.0mmol,1.2equiv.) is slowly added, the reaction is placed in a room temperature environment, and refluxed at 100 ℃ for 12 hours. The reaction solution was extracted with dichloromethane (25mL * 3), the organic phase was dried with anhydrous magnesium sulfate, the organic phase was removed by concentration under reduced pressure, and the next step was directly carried out after vacuum drying.
