The standard for the completion of the reaction is through GC, pinacol <4.0%. After completion, the reaction is converted into distillation and the product fraction is collected (boiling at 174-178 degrees C). The title product was obtained in a colorless oil form in the 80-90% th yield range in six 20-liter batches in operation. GC records the purity of 87-96%, but 1H NMR shows that the product is very pure. Organic synthesis intermediates, used for aromatic ring coupling, can be used in pharmaceutical research and development, photoelectric functional materials. |
