Mayumbine(Mayumbine) is a natural product belonging to the group of plant compounds containing alkaloids. It was isolated for the first time from the Vine (Maytenus serrata).
Mayumbine has a variety of properties. It is a white to yellow crystalline solid with a melting point of about 248-250 degrees Celsius. It has low solubility in water, but high solubility in some organic solvents. It is basic and can be neutralized with acid.
