application
1, 1-bis (P-chlorophenyl)-2-vinyl chloride can be used as an intermediate in organic synthesis and pharmaceutical intermediates, mainly used in laboratory research and development processes and chemical generation processes.
Preparation
add a certain amount of BTE to the 500 mL three-mouth flask equipped with mechanical stirring, condenser tube, drip funnel and temperature control heater, and heat up to melt it. Then the catalyst was added and 30% NaOH aqueous solution was added dropwise within 1 h. After dropping, the reaction mixture was raised to about 110 ℃, stirred for 6.8 h, and the reaction end point was detected by high performance liquid chromatography to be unreacted 1, 1-bis (chlorophenyl)-2,2, 2-trichloroethane content was not higher than 1% (area integration method). At the end of the reaction, the reaction mixture is washed with hot water for 3 times, and the pH is adjusted for 7-8 with hydrochloric acid for the last time. The aqueous phase was separated to obtain an oily 1, 1-bis (chlorophenyl)-2, 2-dichloroethylene product.
