preparation method	7-methoxycoumarin -3-carboxylic acid succinimide ester is prepared as follows: method 1: (1mmol) of dimethylformamide (5ml) and N-hydroxysuccinimide (115mg,1mmol) were added to a solution of 7-methoxycoumarin-3-carboxylic acid under magnetic stirring, the mixture was cooled to -10°C for 1 hour, and N,N'-dicyclohexylcarbodiimide (226.96mg,1.1mmol) was added. The medium was stirred at -10°C for 1 hour, then at room temperature for 3 hours. The mixture was then filtered to remove dicyclohexylurea (DCU), and then added to a mixture of isopropanol/hexane (1/10) to precipitate the product, which was filtered and vacuum dried to give 7-methoxycoumarin-3-carboxylic succinimide ester. 1HNMR(DMSO-d6)δ ppm:8.76(2H,s);7.57(1H,d,J = 8.5Hz);6.95(1H,d,J = 8.5Hz);6.85(1H,s);3.95(3H,s);3.34(2H,s),2.90(4H,s).
