Physical and Chemical Properties | Physicochemical properties aspartic acid is α-amino succinic acid, symbol Asp. An aliphatic acidic amino acid containing a dicarboxylic group. The basic component of a protein. Chemical formula C4H7NO4. Molecular weight 133.10. The structure is abbreviated as HOOC-CH2CH(NH2)COOH. Approximate isoelectric point 2.77, insoluble in water, 0.05chemical book% solubility in water at 25 ℃, sour, threshold 0.15%. The melting point is 270 ℃, which is widely distributed in the tissues and juices of tea plants. The dry weight of tea buds and leaves of medium and small leaf species in China is about 0.15% ~ 0.25%. It accounts for about 4% of the total amino acids. It is prepared by hydrolysis of asparagine OR by synthesis of maleic acid. The β-alanine formed after decarboxylation is the starting material for the synthesis of the B vitamin pantothenic acid. |
Use | Uses as food additives, for beverages, ice cream and other flavoring agents; Used as pharmaceuticals, for liver function promoters, fatigue recovery agents, amino acid infusion agents, etc., can be used alone, or with other drugs; used as a Biochemical reagent and culture medium; Also used as an intermediate in organic synthesis; Synthetic aspartame; Cosmetic additives. |

Abstract:
Zinc L-aspartate was synthesized conveniently, rapidly and in high yield from zinc oxide and L-aspartate under microwave irradiation, and its single crystal structure was determined by X-ray diffraction. The crystal structure shows that the complex is a bicyclic [Zn(L-Asp)(H2O)2] containing one molecule of crystal water, A polymer in the form of a helical chain formed by coordination bonds. The polymer chains are assembled into a three-dimensional network supramolecular system through intermolecular hydrogen bonds. The Crystal belongs to orthorhombic system, space group P2(1)2(1)2(1), a = 0.7830(3), B = 0.9369(4), c = 11.599(5) nm, α = β = & gamma; = 90.00 °, V = 0.8509(6)nm3, Z = 4, Dc = 1.955g/cm3, F(000) = 512, μ = 2.289. Toxicity tests showed that the title compound was less toxic than zinc glutamate and zinc sulfate.Key words:

Abstract:
The effects of N-methyl D,L-aspartic acid on growth performance and carcass quality were studied in the experiment. The results showed that the daily gain of finishing pigs (1) was increased by 9.31% (P<0.01) when 50mg/kg N-methyl D,L-aspartic acid was added to the diet, feed conversion ratio increased by 7.16%(P<0.02);(2) carcass lean meat percentage increased by 6.53%(P<0.01), fat ratio decreased by 11.76%(P<0.01), backfat thickness decreased by 19.72%(P<0.01), eye muscle area increased by 21.01%(P<0.04);(3) longissimus dorsi muscle, biceps femoris and semimembranous muscle weight increased by 11.3%(P<0.01),10.09%(P<0.01) and 14.44%(P<0.01).

Abstract:
Objective to investigate the clinical features, diagnosis and treatment of anti-N-methyl-M-aspartate (NMDA) receptor encephalitis. Methods a case of anti-NMDA receptor encephalitis with ovarian teratoma was reported, and its clinical features were summarized. Results The patient was a young woman with abnormal mental behavior and convulsions, disturbance of consciousness and insufficient ventilation. Early detection of teratoma, cerebrospinal fluid anti-NMDA receptor antibody positive. Teratoma surgery, combined with intravenous immunoglobulin and hormone pulse therapy, the patient clinical recovery. Conclusion anti-NMDA receptor encephalitis is an autoimmune disease that can be diagnosed by serological methods. Early diagnosis and timely treatment, the prognosis is good.Key words:
