ASC J9 - Introduction
(ASC J9(ASC J9) is an organic compound, also known as J9.
Nature:
ASC J9 is a yellow crystal with high solubility. It is stable at room temperature, but decomposes at high temperatures.
Use:
ASC J9 is a lipid (fatty acid metabolism) receptor agonist with anti-inflammatory, anti-tumor and anti-hepatic fibrosis activities. It is widely used in the study of chronic kidney disease, autoimmune diseases and cancer and other related fields.
Method:
ASC J9 can be prepared by chemical synthesis. A specific preparation method includes reacting 3,4-dimethoxyphenyl bromoheptatrienone with 4-ethylphenyl boronic acid, followed by reduction, acylation and hydroxyketonation.
