2. treating 2,4, 5-trifluorophenylhypochlorous acid with acetic anhydride to generate 2,4, 5-trifluorophenylacetic acid. (Reaction conditions: heating at an appropriate temperature under alkaline conditions)
3.2,4, 5-trifluorophenylacetic acid is reacted with chloroacetic acid to generate 2-Chloro-N-(2,4,5-trifluorophenyl)acetamide. (Reaction conditions: appropriate temperature, appropriate time)
