In vivo study | Aggressive behavior was reduced only a few hours after Azaperone administration, after which the behavior of pigs treated with it was no different from that of uncalm mixed pigs. Azaperone (2.2 mg/kg I. M.) reduced overall aggressive behavior in pigs from 309.8 to 189.6 min compared to saline-treated. Azaperone (103.1 mg) in combination with Butorphanol (69.3 mg) produces adequate muscle relaxation in white rhinos with chronic kidney disease, and in small surgical interventions, including laparoscopy, it has obvious analgesic effect. Azaperone in combination with Butorphanol and Medetomidine(BAM: 0.43 mg/kg Butorphanol, 0.36 mg/kg Azaperone, 0.14 mg/kg Medetomidine) causes predictable sedation, the average induction time in white-tailed deer was 9.8min. Azaperone combined with butanol and Medetomidine(BAM: 0.43 mg/kg butanol, 0.36 mg/kg Azaperone, 0.14 mg/kg Medetomidine) caused a decrease in heart rate in white-tailed deer, the arterial partial pressure of carbon dioxide increases (PaCO 2). Azaperone (1.0 mg/kg) IN combination with Ketamine (15 mg/kg) and climaazolam (1.5 mg/kg) resulted IN a significantly higher emasculation score, intranasal (IN) compared with intramuscular (IM) administration, IN the IN group, the emasculation score correlated with room temperature. Azaperone (1.0 mg/kg) and Ketamine (15 mg/kg) and climaazolam (1.5 mg/kg) IN combination, caused a higher heart rate IN the piglets of the IN group. Azaperone (1.0 mg/kg) in combination with Ketamine (15 mg/kg) and climaazolam (1.5 mg/kg) resulted in higher respiration rates and significantly faster walking in the IM Group of piglets. |
