BCBP - Introduction
2,2 '-bis(4-(carbazol-9-yl)phenyl)-biphenyl is a chemical substance, the full name of which is bis(4-amino -2, 6-dimethyl-phenyl) bromide. It is a white crystalline solid, soluble in organic solvents at room temperature. 2,2 '-bis(4-(carbazol-9-yl)phenyl)-biphenyl has good chemical stability and thermal stability.
2,2 '-bis(4-(carbazol-9-yl)phenyl)-biphenyl is mainly used as a reagent in organic synthesis and polymerization reactions. It can be used as an initiator or catalyst in the preparation of polyester, polyamide, polyether and other polymers. In addition, 2,2 '-bis(4-(carbazol-9-yl)phenyl)-biphenyl can also be used as an additive for high-performance plastics, adhesives and paints.
The 2,2 '-bis(4-(carbazol-9-yl)phenyl)-biphenyl method is relatively simple. A common method of preparation is the bromination of 4-amino -2, 6-dimethylbenzene to give 2,2 '-bis(4-(carbazol-9-yl)phenyl)-biphenyl. During the preparation process, attention should be paid to safety measures to avoid contact with skin and inhalation of dust. Take protective measures such as wearing gloves and respirators when handling 2,2 '-bis(4-(carbazol-9-yl)phenyl)-biphenyl.
However, 2,2 '-bis(4-(carbazol-9-yl)phenyl)-biphenyl requires attention to safety when using and storing. It is a strong oxidant, with high combustion and corrosion. Therefore, contact with inflammables, combustibles, reducing agents and oxidants should be avoided. Good ventilation should be maintained during operation and protective equipment should be used. Any accidental leakage should be cleaned up immediately and appropriate disposal methods should be taken to avoid danger.
