BISPHENOL Z - Introduction
1,1-Bis(4-hydroxyphenyl)cyclohexane, also known as 1,1-Bis(4-hydroxyphenyl)cyclohexane, is an organic compound. The following is a description of its nature, use, formulation and safety information:

The preparation of 1,1-Bis(4-hydroxyphenyl)cyclohexane is usually carried out by the following steps:
-First, add 4-hydroxybenzaldehyde and cyclohexanone to an appropriate amount of organic solvent;
-Then, heat the reaction under appropriate conditions, such as using dilute acid or alkali catalyst;
-Finally, a pure product of 1,1-Bis(4-hydroxyphenyl)cyclohexane was obtained through operations such as crystallization and filtration.
