Use | 2-amino-5-chloro-trifluoromethylbenzene, also known as 2-trifluoromethyl-4-chloroaniline, is an intermediate of the fungicide fluoxazole. The red-based VD is mainly used for dyeing and printing cotton cloth, and is also used for dyeing viscose fibers. It is coupled with tryptopol AS and AS-E to obtain bright yellow and red light, with excellent sun fastness. This product has strong coupling ability and slow coupling speed. Printing often uses tryptopol AS and AS-D to directly print; or dye red on cotton cloth with tryptopol AS and AS-D for the color of pull-out printing. This product is an important intermediate for the synthesis of fluorine-containing herbicides, medicines and dyes. 2-chloro-5-aminotrifluorotoluene is mainly used for dyeing and printing cotton cloth, and is also used for dyeing viscose fiber. production method | is prepared by nitrification and reduction using m-chlorotrifluorotoluene as raw material.. 800L sulfuric acid-hydrate and 800kg of m-chlorotrifluorotoluene were added into the nitrification pot, 576L mixed acid (30% HNO3 and 70% H2SO4) was slowly added within 10 ℃, added at 8-10h, and stirred for several hours. Drain out paste products. Add the paste to 3000L of water and 100kg of ice, raise the temperature to 25-30 ℃, stand still to separate dilute acid, then wash twice with 25 ℃, and wash once with 10-20L sodium hydroxide solution. Cooling (about 2-3 ℃) produces solid particles. After careful operation, the uncured oil layer (isomer) is separated, and the nitration product is about 810-815kg. Add 60L of water, 86kg of salt and 150kg of iron powder to the reduction pot, raise the temperature to 85 ℃, slowly add 150kg of nitrification product (added within about 5 hours) under stirring, and leave it overnight at 85-90 ℃. Then steam distillation, the amine mixture (water: amine = 1:4) is distilled, and about 98.6kg of amine is obtained. The preparation method is to react 2-aminotrifluoromethylbenzene with acetyl chloride to protect the amino group, and then use chlorine to chlorinate the benzene ring in the presence of a catalyst and then hydrolyze to obtain the product. |
