toxicity | acute oral LD50 in rats is 11000mg/kg, 1250mg/kg in mice and 1000mg/kg in dogs. The application of 500 mg/kg skin on rabbits has no effect. Rats were fed with a non-acting dose of 3200mg/kg for 90 days, and animal tests showed no carcinogenic, teratogenic and mutagenic effects. Blue gill LC50 is 20mg/L, rainbow trout LC50 is 6.5mg/L; Pigeon LD50 is 2000 mg/kg. Non-toxic to bees. No irritation to eyes and skin. |
use | selective herbicide. It can control gramineous weeds and certain broad-leaved weeds, and is used in rape, alfalfa, and cruciferous crop fields. For example, rape fields can be used to spray water with 70% wettable powder before transplanting and after transplanting live trees. This product is not affected by soil and climate. Under normal circumstances, the residual period in the soil can reach 2 months. |
Production method | Methyl α-hydroxypropionate reacts with ethylamine to generate N-ethyl-α-hydroxypropionamide, which is then added with phenyl isocyanate. |
