Copper phthalocyanine is used as raw material. First, copper phthalocyanine is reacted with chlorosulfonic acid, then thionyl chloride is added, and the temperature is increased to obtain the product of partial sulfonation and chlorosulfonation of copper phthalocyanine. Then add sodium bicarbonate, ammonia and sodium hydroxide aqueous solution in turn to complete the neutralization process to obtain the product. The finished product is salted out, filtered, dried and crushed.
Add 100g of chlorosulfonic acid to the reaction bottle, raise the temperature to 50 ℃, slowly add 20g of copper phthalocyanine under stirring, continue the reaction for 1h, then raise the temperature to 100 ℃ to continue the reaction for 12h, and add a proper amount of dried sodium chloride. When the reaction reaches the end point, pour the reaction liquid into ice water, filter and wash with ice water. Then the filter cake is put into ammonia water for beating, reacted at 20 ℃ for 1h, then heated to 50 ℃ for 2h, sodium carbonate is appropriately added to keep pH = 8-9, and the product is vacuum dried at 80 ℃ after reaction.
