preparation | in a 100 mL three-necked flask, add 1g of BIS (trichloromethyl) carbonate, after 10 mL of Chlorobenzene was completely dissolved, a mixed solution of 2g of Tris (4-aminophenyl) methane and 10 mL of Chlorobenzene was added dropwise in an ice bath. 1 h dropwise addition, ice bath reaction 1 h, heating 70 deg C reaction 2h. There is hydrogen chloride gas release, with NaOH solution absorption. The temperature was continued to reflux until no acid gas was evolved, at which point the solution was a blue-purple clear liquid. Using rotary evaporator at 75 deg C under the condition of benzene distilled out of triphenylmethane triisocyanate. |
