overview
decolorizing agents can be roughly divided into three categories according to the decolorizing principle, flocculation decolorizing agents, oxidation decolorizing agents and adsorption decolorizing agents. Flocculation decoloring agent set decolorization, flocculation, degradation of CODcr and other functions in one of the quaternary amine type cationic polymer compounds. The adsorption decolorant is generally activated carbon, clay or adsorption resin. It can directly filter out impurities and oxides in the oil by filtering. It integrates impurity removal, deodorization, decolorization, and separation to make the blackened oil It becomes a light-colored transparent liquid, and the acid value and color of the processed diesel fuel meet the national fuel standards. Oxidation decolorant uses oxidizing substances, such as sodium hypochlorite, potassium permanganate, ozone, etc., to destroy colored groups to achieve the purpose of removing chroma.
scope of application
Application scope of decolorizing agent: 1) Mainly used for decolorizing high-color wastewater from dye plant, and can be applied to wastewater treatment such as active, acidic and disperse dyes. 2) It can also be used for the treatment of textile and printing and dyeing wastewater and the treatment of industrial wastewater such as pigments, inks, and papermaking. 3) This product can also be used as a reinforcing agent, sizing agent and charge neutralizer for papermaking.
how to use
the use of decolorant is very similar to polyaluminum chloride. it is added after dissolution. polyacrylamide is used to aid coagulation separation when fine flocs appear in water. The decolorizing agent can be used alone or together with polyaluminum chloride, because of the synergistic effect of different agents, it has a better water purification effect. Because the decolorant will produce delamination below 0 degrees, because the storage temperature is preferably above 0 degrees. If stratification occurs, it will be dissolved after stirring evenly, and the effect will not be affected.
application areas
decolorant is specialized in the treatment of colored wastewater. it is a cationic polymer compound with various functions such as decolorization, flocculation and COD removal. Through the chemical reaction with the molecules of chromophoric groups such as dyes, the chromophoric groups are destroyed and the chromophoric molecules are adsorbed and bridged at the same time, so as to flocculate and settle the colored substances. Since these reacted molecules belong to organic matter, the decolorizing agent can also achieve the purpose of reducing COD while decolorizing. It is mainly used for decolorization of high-color wastewater from dye plant, and can be applied to wastewater treatment such as monthly activity, acid and disperse dyes. It can also be used for textile and printing wastewater treatment and pigment, ink, paper and other industrial wastewater treatment. It can also be used as a reinforcing agent and sizing agent for papermaking.
Preparation
A cationic dye dyeing wastewater decolorant, mainly composed of 70-85 parts by mass of black water-based ink printing waste liquid extraction sludge, 10-20 parts of pumice particles and 5-10 parts of calcium ore powder Composition, its preparation method is: the black water-based ink printing waste liquid acid sludge preparation into a certain solid content of the slurry, and add alkaline substances to neutralize to neutral; add pumice particles with a mass percentage of 10%-30% and calcium ore powder with a mass percentage of 5%-15% (based on the dry weight of absolute dry sludge) to the sludge and stir evenly to adjust the specific gravity of the sludge; While stirring, the sludge is heated to 50-90 ℃ for dewatering, so that the sludge forms a block shape, and the degenerated water is discharged. Hot pressing the massive sludge until the moisture content is lower than 50% and then drying; Heating the sludge isolation air to 350-750 ℃ for 1-5 hours; after the sludge drops to a certain temperature, it is broken into granules, and the wetting agent solution with a mass concentration of 0.05-0.2% is sprayed and mixed evenly. The decolorant is added to the cationic dye dyeing wastewater, stirred for 10-180min, filtered or air floated to remove the decolorant particles and recycled and recycled.
