1. Preparation of intermediate G
Add dimethylamine aqueous solution (32%) to the reactor and add an appropriate amount of ice. Slowly add concentrated hydrochloric acid under stirring to adjust the pH value to around 5. Then add a quantitative amount of dimethylamine aqueous solution (32%) at around 25 ℃, and slowly add epichlorohydrin with stirring (the molar ratio of dimethylamine to epichlorohydrin is 1:1). After adding, stir at around 30 ℃ for 4-6 hours to obtain an aqueous solution of intermediate G with a solid content of 50%.
2. Synthesis of Intermediate F
Add polyethylenediamine and dicyandiamide to the reaction kettle (with a mass ratio of 26:21), raise the temperature to 100 ℃ under stirring, slowly raise the temperature to about 150 ℃, and continue stirring for 8 hours. Lower the temperature to 8-90 ℃ and add acetic acid aqueous solution to dissolve the condensed polymer. Dried polyethylenediamine dicyandiamide condensate. Take 70 portions of the above condensates and add them to a neutralization kettle. Add 65 portions of water and stir to dissolve. Slowly add 45% sulfuric acid to neutralize at 50 ℃ until the pH value is around 7. Stir for another 30 minutes to obtain an emulsion with a solid content of 50%, which is the intermediate F.
3. Preparation of Fs
Add 1 part of 50% intermediate F to the mixing kettle, and add 4 parts of 50% G under stirring to mix evenly. Heat up to 60 ℃. After stirring for 1 hour, add 100 parts of water and react until the clear solution is the product Fs.
