use | 2, 5-diphenylfuran has good reactivity and multi-reaction sites, and is often used to synthesize complex organic compounds for laboratory development. |
preparation | 2,5-diphenylfuran is prepared as follows: stirring magneton, terminal alkyne (1mmol), DMAc(2mL), CuI(5mol%) and TMEDA(10mol%) are sequentially added to the reaction tube, then the balloon is filled with oxygen (101kPa) and the reaction is carried out at 30 ℃ for 6 hours. Then KOH(2mmol) is added, the temperature is raised to 90 ℃, and the reaction is stirred until the raw materials are completely converted by thin layer chromatography. The direct silica gel sample is mixed and purified by column chromatography, and petroleum ether is used as eluent to obtain the product 2, 5-diphenylfuran. Light yellow solid with a yield of 91%. |
