Abstract:
with glycerol (0.5mol), butyric acid (0.4mol) as raw materials, carbon tetrachloride (25ml) as water-carrying agent, the amount of phosphoric acid (4.0% of glycerol) synthesis of glyceryl butyrate by catalytic esterification. The structure of the product was qualitatively analyzed by FT-IR. The results showed that the target product could be synthesized, and the content of monoglyceride was 60.2%. The synthesized butyrin Ester was used as emulsifier in microencapsulation of oil and fat, and good results were obtained.
