In vitro study | HM61713 has potent inhibitory effects in the cell lines H1975(L858R and T790M EGFR) and HCC827(exon 19 delete EGFR). However, the inhibitory effect on the NSCLC cell line H358 carrying wild-type EGFR was relatively weak (IC50=2225 nM). |
