Abstract:
The mixture of potassium feldspar and phosphate rock is leached with phosphoric acid, and the product of acid leaching is leached with water, and then neutralized with ammonia to prepare NPK compound fertilizer and long-acting phosphate fertilizer, or to prepare compound fertilizer with both quick-acting and long-acting properties. The water leaching process of the product of the acid leaching of potassium feldspar and phosphate rock and the process of leaching liquid ammoniation were mainly studied. The results showed that the optimum water immersion conditions were as follows: temperature 70 ℃, leaching Time 100min, leaching water volume 10ml/g raw material. When the terminal pH value of ammonification was about 6, the total yield of potassium and phosphorus was above 84% and 85%, respectively. The process is simple, the sustained-release efficiency of the product is controllable, and has a good development prospect.

Abstract:
with the rapid development of economy, agriculture has put forward higher requirements for the variety and quality of chemical fertilizer, and the production of compound fertilizer has been paid more and more attention. The market demand for high concentration compound fertilizer is also increasing. In this paper, the current situation of the production technology of compound fertilizer in China is discussed, and the production technology of NPK high concentration compound fertilizer at home and abroad is compared, the advanced technology of "liquid urea granulation process" is recommended.

Abstract:
In view of the problems in the use of agricultural ammonium nitrate, a scheme for the production of Nitro NPK compound fertilizer by its modification was proposed. The process flow and technical characteristics are described, and the raw material consumption, investment and cost estimation are put forward by taking the Nitro NPK compound fertilizer plant constructed by relying on the utility of ammonium nitrate plant as an example, it is considered that the technology of this scheme is safe and reliable, the product meets the market demand, the investment is small, the effect is quick, the normal production of the ammonium nitrate plant is not affected during the transformation, and the economic benefit is better.
