ICILIN - Reference Information
biological activity | Icilin (AG-3-5) is an agonist of the non-selective cation channel TRPM8, has anti-proliferative activity. Icilin activates only the current of wild-type TRPM8 and is Ca2-dependent. Icilin can induce G1 phase arrest of cell cycle in prostate cancer cells. |
