Use | J1-1 type is mainly used for finishing, filling and front leather drum filling, can also be used as the bottom of the leather finishing, to improve the leather loose surface phenomenon has obvious effect. Type J1-2 is mainly used for all kinds of light leather bottom finishing, and can be used with the hard acid resin emulsion, used to adjust the hardness of the middle and upper layer, can also be used for all kinds of light leather wet filling. The leather after finishing has good mechanical properties, chemical stability and leveling, strong adhesion with leather, soft and elastic film. J1-3 for the top layer of leather finishing, can also be used to prepare resin brightener, with strong cold resistance, heat resistance, water resistance. Type J1-4 is used with penetrating agent CW, which is mainly used for brushing and filling of front leather, and can also be used for finishing of face leather. |
1. Dissolve 13kg sodium dodecyl sulfate and 12.4kg acrylamide separately in 400kg distilled water, and prepare a 1.5% solution of potassium persulfate with distilled water for later use.
2. Add 400kg of distilled water, sodium dodecyl sulfate aqueous solution, acrylamide aqueous solution, 193kg of butyl acrylate, and 42kg of acrylonitrile to the emulsifying kettle in sequence, stir quickly (300-400r/min), and emulsify at room temperature for 30-40min. After emulsification, the material is added to the polymerization kettle and heated to 76 ℃ with stirring. The initiator aqueous solution is added dropwise, and 1/4 of the total amount is added within 20 minutes. The reaction takes place at around 80 ℃. When the temperature drops, add the remaining initiator solution dropwise and react at 80-90 ℃ for 1 hour. Distill out unreacted monomers under reduced pressure and cool to 35-40 ℃ to obtain latex solution. Prepare different specifications of J1-1 and J1-2 types; Add crosslinking agent to obtain J1-3 and J1-4 types.

When the temperature drops, the remaining initiator solution is added dropwise, and then reacted at 80~90 ℃ for 1h. The unreacted monomer is steamed out under reduced pressure, and the temperature is reduced to 35~40 ℃ to obtain latex solution. Formulate different specifications to J1-1,J1-2 type. Add crosslinking agent to obtain J1-3,J1-4 type.
