production method
P> m-nitrochlorobenzene is used as raw material and iron powder is used as reducing agent to obtain m-chloroaniline, which is refined by distillation, salt formation, filtration and drying to obtain the finished product..reduction: 850L of water, 700kg of iron filings and 70kg of FeSO4 are added into the reduction pot in advance, stirred and heated to 95 ℃, 600kg of m-nitrochlorobenzene is slowly added slowly, and the dripping is completed within 55h, then the temperature is heated to 100-102 ℃ for 2h. Cool to 70-75°C and neutralize with sodium carbonate to pH = 7-7.5.
The reactants are pumped to the distillation kettle for steam distillation until no oil is evaporated. The distillate is left standing, stratified, and separated into water layers. Put the oil layer into a distillation kettle for vacuum distillation (about 86.6kPa vacuum), dehydrate first, and then collect refined products at 180-190 ℃.
salt formation: add 2000L 8% hydrochloric acid into the salt formation pot, raise the temperature to 70 ℃, add 600kg of m-chloroaniline, stir for 2 hours after adding, then add 500kg of 40% hydrochloric acid to precipitate the finished product. Cool to 15-20 ℃, filter, dry at 70-75 ℃, and grind to obtain the finished product. The consumption of m-chloroaniline per ton of orange-colored GC is 0.865t.
