Application | Modern medical research has found that mogroin is rich in mogroin, and its sweetness is 300 times that of sucrose. It has a hypoglycemic effect and can be used to assist in the treatment of diabetes. It is rich in vitamin C, which has anti-aging, anti-cancer and skin-benefiting effects; it has the effects of lowering blood lipids and weight loss, and can assist in the treatment of hyperlipidemia and improve the image of obese people. It can be widely used in nutrition and health products, infant food, puffed food, seasoning, middle-aged and elderly food, solid beverage, cake, cold food, convenience food, instant food, etc. |
overview | Siraitia grosvenorii [Siraitia grosvenorii (Swingle)C.Jeffery] is a vine of Siraitia grosvenorii in Cucurbitaceae (Cucurbitacease), mainly produced in Guilin, Guangxi, and also distributed in Yunnan, Guizhou, Guangdong, Hunan and other places. The ripe fruit of Siraitia grosvenorii is extremely sweet, mainly rich in cucurbitane-type tetracyclic triterpene saponins, of which Siraitia grosvenorii V(mogroside V) is the main sweet ingredient, and its dry weight content can reach 1.6%. At present, mogroside extracted from mogroside fruits has been widely used in beverage and food additives as an ideal low-calorie natural sweetener. picture: Luo Han Guo |
determination method | a RP-HPLC method was established for the determination of Siraitia grosvenosa saponin V in Siraitia grosvenosa. Methods: lAiltma-C,:(4.6 mmx250mm,5um) chromatographic column was used, with Yijing-water (23:77) as mobile phase, flow rate 1.omL• min-', detection wavelength 203nm, column temperature 32 ℃. Results: The linear V range of Siraitia grosvenosa soap was 0.17~4.2ug, and the average recovery rate was 99.05%(RSD 2 0.78%,n = 9). Conclusion: The established method has stable results and good recovery rate, and can be used for the determination of Luo Han Guo soap in Luo Han Guo. |
research on antitussive, expectorant and antispasmodic effects | has been included in all previous "Chinese pharmacopoeia. Luo Han Guo has the effects of clearing away heat and moistening the lungs, sliding intestines and laxative. It is used to treat lung fire dryness, cough, sore throat, aplasia, intestinal dryness and constipation. Modern pharmacological studies have shown that Luo Han Guo has the effects of relieving cough and eliminating phlegm, protecting liver from diarrhea, and enhancing immunity. Siraitia grosvenosin V is the main active ingredient of Siraitia grosvenae, and the monomer activity after separation and purification is stronger than that of total water decoction. The antispasmodic effect of Luo Han Guo saponin V on isolated tracheal and intestinal spasm may be one of the material bases for the treatment of respiratory and gastrointestinal diseases. |
