separation and identification | 500g of dried Sophora flavescens was extracted 3 times at room temperature with 3000 ml of 95% ethanol, the extracts were combined, concentrated and evaporated to obtain 65g of crude extract. The extract was distributed three times by water and ethyl acetate, combined with ethyl acetate solution, concentrated and evaporated to obtain 30g extract. The extract was LH-20 by column chromatography with methanol as eluent to obtain 10g of crude product. The crude product was prepared by silica gel column chromatography, eluent acetone/petroleum ether = 1 ∶ 2, and reversed-phase material (RP-18) column chromatography, and 2 grams of Sophora ketone (yield 0.4%) was eluted with methanol/water = 65 ∶ 35. |
