Use | It is a neutralizing and retanning agent suitable for neutralizing and retanning various shoe upper leather, furniture leather, suede leather, and suede leather. Cooperate with other retanning agents during retanning to improve the dispersion and penetration of various tanning agents and tannin extracts used in the subsequent process. |

1. Synthesis of intermediates
Put 100kg of phenol into the reactor and slowly add 110kg of sulfuric acid from the high-level tank at around 60 ℃. After adding acid, raise the temperature to 100-110 ℃, stir for 4 hours, and lower the temperature to 70-80 ℃. Add 100kg of water, 40kg of urea, and 10kg of naphthalene sulfonic acid. After the material dissolves, slowly add 170kg of formaldehyde from the high-level tank at 60-70 ℃. After adding formaldehyde, keep it at 80 ℃ for 3 hours. Cool down to 50-60 ℃ and add ammonia solution. Adjust the pH value to 5-6. Slowly add 10kg of ethylenediamine, 2kg of EDTA, and 1kg of oxalic acid to adjust the pH value to 7-8.
2. Product compounding
Take 100 parts of the intermediate, 50 parts of sodium formate, and add 50 parts of water to mix well. The filtered product.
