Abstract:
The invention discloses a synthesis method of N,N-diethylethanolamine. The process uses diethylamine and ethylene oxide as raw materials to synthesize N in one step in the presence of a catalyst, N-diethylethanolamine; Wherein in the reaction, the molar ratio of diethylamine to ethylene oxide is 1~15:1, the synthesis reaction temperature is controlled at 10~180 ℃, the catalyst is continuously added at 5-10G/h, the addition amount is 0.1 to 2.0% by mass of the sum of the catalyst and the two raw materials. The invention has the following advantages: 1) directly using pure diethylamine instead of its aqueous solution as the reaction raw material, thus the energy consumption is low and the equipment efficiency is high; 2) using a tubular reactor with a jacket can easily remove heat, which is advantageous for continuous operation.
