production method | 25gN-hydroxymethylphthalimide and 250mL chloroform are added to the reaction bottle, stirred into suspension, hydrogen bromide gas is introduced and heated to slow reflux, transparent liquid is obtained after 0.5h, stirring is continued until hydrogen bromide is no longer absorbed, and orange-red liquid is obtained after about 5h. Pour out the reaction mixture, wash off the remaining hydrogen bromide in the reaction solution with warm water 2 × 400mL(40 ℃), change the solution from orange to colorless, dry with anhydrous magnesium sulfate, evaporate chloroform to obtain white solid, dry, recrystallize with acetone to obtain 31g needle crystal with 91.5% yield. |
