| Use | Silane derivatization reagent in derivatization reagent for gas chromatography. The derivatization reaction between silylation reagent and sample compound is carried out by replacing the active hydrogen of hydroxyl, carboxyl, mercapto, amino and imino with silane group. The product of the derivatization reaction is a silyl ether or a silyl ester. Almost all compounds containing these active hydrogen can undergo derivative reactions with silanizing reagents, and the order of reaction activity: alcohol> phenol> carboxylic acid> amine> amide. High-efficiency silanization reagent, used for non-steroidal anti-inflammatory analgesics derived from active silanization reagent.
