Abstract:
lidocaine hydrochloride is a commonly used local anesthetic and antiarrhythmic drug. In this paper, the Volume Analysis, spectrophotometric analysis, chromatographic analysis of lidocaine pharmaceutical preparations, as well as serum and plasma sample pretreatment and high performance thin layer chromatography, high performance liquid chromatography and micellar electrokinetic capillary electrophoresis, hope to provide reference for future research.

Abstract:
Objective: to establish a method for the determination of lidocaine hydrochloride in different media. Methods: The principle of the method is that lidocaine hydrochloride reacts with bromocresol purple dye to form ion association complex. The absorbance of lidocaine hydrochloride was determined by ultraviolet spectrophotometry at 588,426nm wavelength, and the content was calculated. Results: at 588,426nm wavelength. The concentration of lidocaine hydrochloride in the range of 2.76 × 10 ^-6~2.83 × 10 ^-5, beer's law is obeyed in the range of 5.64 × 10 ^-6~2.48 × 10 ^-5mol · L ^-1, and the apparent molar absorptivity is 1.45 × 10 ^ 4,7.11 × 10 ^ 3L · mol ^-1 · cm ^-1, with detection limits of 8.37 × 10 ^-7 and 1.71 × 10 ^-6mol · L, respectively. Conclusion: the established method is sensitive, selective, safe and reliable, and can be used for the determination of lidocaine hydrochloride in different preparations, human plasma and urine.Key words:
