| Introduction | high-sensitivity ECL chemiluminescence kit is a chemiluminescence system, also known as high-sensitivity ECL luminescent solution, it is used for detecting proteins or nucleic acids immobilized on the membrane, has high sensitivity, low background, and the detection sensitivity can reach high femtogram level, and is suitable for detecting trace proteins or nucleic acids. The principle: the hypersensitive ECL chemiluminescent substrate kit is used to detect antibodies, antigens or nucleic acids that directly or indirectly label horseradish peroxidase (HRP). After electrophoresis, the protein or nucleic acid is transferred to the imprinted membrane, and the HRP labeled antibody or probe is bound to the target protein or nucleic acid on the membrane. After washing the membrane, it is placed in the ECL working solution prepared with this product, after incubation for several minutes at room temperature, HRP oxidizes the Luminol in the working solution and emits light, which can be greatly enhanced by the addition of an enhancer in the reagent. This light can be recorded by X-ray film or electronic device, and the protein or nucleic acid band can be clearly displayed. |
